Another day with thunderstorms before a quieter weekend

Scattered thunderstorms develop with a chance of severe weather in parts of the region.

Watch for changes in the Northland late in the day. Strong thunderstorms will roll eastward from the western side of Minnesota. Strong to severe thunderstorms look likely for parts of the region. Expect a quieter, but breezy Friday for the area behind the front that will pop up the thunderstorms. This weekend looks quiet with a little breeze here and there.
