Team strengths: "Young talent and phenomenal team spirit," according to coach Rachel Peterson.

Biggest challenge: Peterson said the Lumberjacks have a number of challenges related to COVID-19-related restrictions including split practices to limit the number of swimmers in the pool; a shortened season and the loss of invitational meets; and fans prevented from attending meets.

Coach's assessment: " COVID created some huge emotional challenges for our young, but talented, team," Peterson said. "We look forward to challenging every team member to set individual goals as a driver for self-awareness in working on both strengths and weaknesses during this highly-modified competitive season. Every day in the water is a gift."
