Ethan Olson, 19, of Sturgeon Lake and Halee Peterson, 26, of St. Louis Park won the men's and women's divisions of the Cloquet Sawdust 5K Run/Walk on July 4 at Pinehurst Park.

Olson clocked a time of 17:55, while Peterson finished in 19:51.

A total of 358 runners finished the race, including 192 women and 166 men. The Sawdust 1-Mile Run kicked off the Fourth of July parade.

Proceeds went to Cloquet High School athletics, with a portion set aside for underprivileged athletes who aren't able to pay for signup fees.
