Biggest Challenge: "The biggest challenge that any spring sports team faces up north here is the weather," coach Brent Donaldson said. "I think every spring sports coach just wants some dry warm weather so that we can get on the golf courses, baseball/softball fields and tracks sooner rather than later. We have a short season as it is, so any delay in getting on the golf courses or canceled matches really hinders our ability to get a full season in."

Coach's assessment
"We are in a rebuilding mode with the girls program ... We are hoping to round out the girls team with some second-year players," Donaldson said. "(It's) always a good opportunity for our younger golfers to step up and get some valuable experience that will help them in the coming years."
"The boys team has the experience and ability to possibly make a run at sections," Donaldson said. "So we will see how the season progresses, and if they can put it together this season as a team."
