Kevin Hoffman and his popular Bright Start youth baseball clinic returns to Cloquet on Saturday, April 8, at the Cloquet Middle School Gym.

The clinic is for both parents and their children who are in grades K-6 and will focus on the following: hitting, throwing, catching/fielding, and base running, and each session concludes with a discussion on sportsmanship.

Session 1 is from 10 a.m. to noon for grades K-3. Session 2 is from 12:30-2:30 p.m.for grades 4-6.

Kevin Hoffman is a 32-year youth baseball coach, former long-time Aitkin Little League president, former high school baseball coach, umpire, certified hitting instructor, and youth baseball consultant.

Bright Start Baseball Clinics are in their 22nd year and hold clinics throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

The cost is $20 with a sibling and family discount offered. You must register with Cloquet Community Education by calling 218-879-1261 or visiting their website at www.isd94.org/community education.
