The Minnesota Wilderness uncorked a big rally to turn a 4-2 third-period deficit into a 5-4 overtime win in North American Hockey League play on Friday vs. the Minnesota Magicians in Richfield, Minnesota.

Hayden Kruse bagged the winner at 4:12 of the extra session after William Persson started the comeback at 10:59 of the third period and Gunnar Thoreson scored the equalizer on the power play with 2:17 remaining.

Persson and Max Neill had a goal and assist apiece for Minnesota (6-2-1). Jacob Zacharewicz made 33 saves for the win.

The teams meet again Saturday night in Cloquet.
