Yvonne Marie DeMenge, 57, of Cloquet, Minn., found peace on Friday, Dec. 26, 2008. She was born Feb. 17, 1951, and worked at Nopeming Nursing Home from 1978 until its closing and then at Chris Jensen Nursing Home.
Yvonne was preceded in death by two sons, Loren and Christian DeMenge; and her parents, Arnold and Donna (Kahlbaugh) Gist.
She is survived by her many collections; two daughters, Maureen (Bryan) Lindberg and Melissa DeMenge; three grandchildren, Amber DeMenge, Bethany Lindberg and Zachary Lindberg; one brother, Arthur (Carol) Gist; and two sisters, Anita Gist and Ruth (Tom) Johansen.
Visitation will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, with a service following at 6 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet, led by the Rev. Dennis Morreim.
