Thursday: Areas of fog inland lift by around 8 a.m. with reduced visibility lingering near Lake Superior through mid-morning. Once the fog clears, we reap the benefits of high pressure in the form of sunny skies, light winds, and improving humidity with dew points in the mid to upper 50s. Highs range from the mid-70s to low 80s. Storms approach from the southwest late Thursday night and linger across Northwest Wisconsin into Friday afternoon where rain may be heavy at times. Another system sliding west to east from the north brings an evening round for northern Minnesota.
Friday: Rain clears Friday night with a fantastic weekend shaping up. Highs will be in the low 70s.
Saturday: Strong northwest winds set up Saturday, though temps stay cooler under sunny skies. Temps will top out in the low 70s with a northwest wind of 10-20 mph.
