Thursday: We can expect a mix of clouds and sunshine with temperatures staying a touch cooler along the North Shore thanks to a southeast breeze off Lake Superior. Temperatures should top out near 38 degrees in the Twin Ports, but we will likely see some low to mid-40s further inland.

Thursday night: Partly to mostly cloudy skies will stick around for us in the evening and into the overnight hours with a low temperature near 25.

Friday: The wind direction will shift a bit more out of the south on Friday and that should help us warm up a few more degrees as we get rid of the lake breeze. Temperatures should top out around 45 under plenty of sunshine.

Our next storm system arrives over the weekend with a chance of rain mixing with snow Saturday into Sunday morning. We will also be dealing with gusty winds off Lake Superior. Temperatures should stay warm enough that very little accumulation is expected.
