A few flurries are lingering this morning behind Thursday's system. Temperatures in the 20s have allowed for icy spots to develop. Despite rather mild actual temperatures, strong and gusty west winds have wind chills in the single digits and teens as we begin our Friday. This will continue throughout the day, with highs in the mid 20s to low 30s but feels-like temps 10 to 15 degrees cooler. Skies will be partly cloudy.

The lack of cloud cover will allow temperatures to drop into the single digits to teens overnight into Saturday morning. Saturday will remain on the cooler side with highs around 30, but winds will be milder. Sunday will see highs in the low to mid 30s under mostly cloudy skies. Snow chances arrive from the west Sunday night into Monday, possibly mixing with rain before tapering off Monday afternoon. Dry conditions return Tuesday and Wednesday, then another rain/snow combo may be in store for Thursday.
