Your forecast for today: After a very wet and rainy night where many of us picked up over an inch of rainfall, we are waking up to some very dense fog this morning. We can expect the dense fog to linger through the morning commute before clearing out by mid-morning. Other than the fog and some light drizzle this morning, we will catch a break from the rain and lake breeze. A west breeze will help us warm up to a high near 70 degrees this afternoon under mostly cloudy skies.
Tonight: Our break between storm systems doesn’t last for long as skies will become overcast again tonight with a few showers possible for southern regions of the Northland. Temperatures will remain mild with a low near 50 degrees.
Tomorrow: Another round of rainfall and chilly temperatures is in store for us on Wednesday. The best chance of showers will come in the afternoon and evening hours. A gusty east wind up to 25 mph will develop and hold our high temperature to a chilly 57 degrees.
