SUPERIOR, Wis. -- High school students thinking about college are invited to visit the University of Wisconsin-Superior for one of its Fall Preview Days to be held Oct. 15, 16, and 30.
Preview Days provides prospective students and their families an opportunity to see the campus and to learn more about admissions, residence life, campus activities and academic departments. Visitors also can talk with current students and professors.
"Fall Preview Days are a great opportunity for high school students and their parents to learn how UW-Superior provides a challenging liberal arts education at an affordable price," said Admissions Director Tonya Roth. "The cost of higher education is an important factor in a student's college decision. With over 90 percent of UW-Superior students receiving financial aid and $160,000 in scholarships awarded to new freshman this year, prospective students can expect to attend UW-Superior without the financial burden."
Students may attend any preview day session that's convenient. Sessions are offered from 1 to 4 p.m. on Oct. 15 and 16, and from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 30. Each session lasts three hours.
Reservations are recommended. To register for Campus Preview Days, call (715) 394-8230 or go online to www.uwsuper.edu/admissions .
