Cloquet Senior High School Business Department announce that Andrea Tobias has been selected "Business Student of the Month" for the month of December.
Students who apply for this award are chosen based on their activities, work experience, business courses, grades earned, a letter of recommendation, and an essay written by the student.
Tobias, a junior at CHS, has been a very involved student, both in academics and extra-curricular activities. In addition to the numerous business courses she has taken, she has also been involved in National Honor Society, Link Crew, Future Problem Solving, Math Team, Junior Executive Board, soccer and basketball.
Along with her school activities, she volunteers as a Sunday School teacher, Relay for Life, and other National Honor Society activities.
One Tobias' instructors commented, "I am confident Andrea will be an excellent asset to our business world, and I look forward to seeing her do great things in the future."

Tobias is the daughter of Sharon Tobias and Craig Tobias.
A senior student chosen as "Business Student of the Month" will also be eligible for the Stowell Family Scholarship to be awarded in May.
