Thursday, April 5 — 10:30-11:30 a.m., "Li'l Park Peeps: Spring Animals"

Bring your "Li'l Peep" to this preschool environmental education program designed for ages 2-5. Meet at the River Inn Interpretive Center.

April 28, 1-2 p.m., "Who Gives A Peep? Minnesota Frogs & Toads"

Discover Minnesota's frogs and toads as we explore who's peeping, jingling and quacking. Learn how to sing like a toad and where the frogs went for the winter. Take home a special frog craft you make yourself. Register beforehand so we have enough craft materials. Speak with the staff or call 218-673-7005. Meet at the River Inn Interpretive Center.

May 19 and 26, 1-2:30 p.m., spring wildflower walk

Spring has sprung and the flowers are celebrating. Join Jay Cooke Park on a 1-mile walk to discover the many beautiful flowers of the park and how they can survive the varied weather of spring. The May 26 walk will visit the yellow lady's-slipper hill if they're out. Meet at the River Inn Interpretive Center.
