Samuel Edward Olson, 11 days old, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, in St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born Oct. 25, 2008, to Kasey and Celia (Roe) Olson in Duluth.
Samuel was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Wayne Doble, Edward Johnson and Lloyd Olson.
He is survived by his parents, Kasey Olson and Celia Roe of Cloquet, Minn.; brother, Darren Roe; maternal grandparents, Duane and Jeanette (Pender) Doble; paternal grandparents, Tom Olson and Beth Johnson; maternal great-grandparents, Jim and JoAnn Pender of Hibbing, Minn., and Nora Doble of Cloquet; paternal great-grandmothers, Myrt Olson and Beatrice Johnson, both of Cloquet; aunts, Jammie Greuling and Jennifer (Shad) Olson; uncle, Duane Doble, Jr.; and many cousins, relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 10, at the Vineyard Church, 5202 Colorado St. Duluth. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Interment is in New Calvary Cemetery, Cloquet.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
