NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed Bids will be received by the City Administrator of the City of Cloquet until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8th, 2008, for the purchase of a new 2008 Rescue Engine according to specifications on file in the office of the Fire Chief. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, in the City Administration Building at 1307 Cloquet Avenue, Cloquet, MN 55720.
Bid price will include delivery F.O.B. Cloquet, Minnesota.
Certified check or bond payable to the city of Cloquet must accompany bids for 10% of the amount of bid. Bids must be good for 60 days from the bid opening. Delivery of the Rescue Engine must take place in calendar year 2008.
The City of Cloquet reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the Bid.

Bids must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope "Bid for 2008 Rescue Engine."
Mail or deliver sealed Bids to Mr. Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator, 1307 Cloquet Avenue, Cloquet, Minnesota 55720.
