NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Thomson Board of Adjustments and Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following variance requests:
Variance # 08-01, Gail Olson and Erik Peterson, 559 Rose St., Duluth MN 55803; Emma Olson, 152 Olson Road, Esko, MN 55733; to allow a second single family home on a parcel described as SW 1/4 of NE 1/4, and E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 15, Twp 49N, Rg 16W, Town of Thomson.
Variance # 08-02, Patricia Thompson, 185 Wagon Road, Esko, MN 55733; to allow a parcel to be divided that would result in both new parcels being less than the 1 acre minimum requirement. Parcel is described as the W 390 feet of Outlot B, Bergstedts Division, Town of Thomson.
