Part of Lot 6, COUNTY AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 33, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the centerline of Section 23, Township 46, Range 17, 200 feet North of the North Shore of Graham Lake and running West 290 feet, which point is the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence running West 110 feet to a point; thence South at right angles and running to the North Shore of Graham Lake; thence following the North Shore of said Graham Lake in an Easterly direction for 75 feet, at this point a northerly obtuse angle to the point of beginning; thus making the East line of this land the same as the West line of the land deeded to Reinhold E. Markfelt and Alice E. Markfelt (his wife) as joint tenants; all being within the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 46, Range 17. this deed is given subject to the right of use by the grantors or any other person or persons owning or occupying any of the land in said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Said Section 23, Township 46, Range 17, to cross the land hereby sold, using the present road, until such time as some other road is constructed and available for use. This instrument also conveys an easement across the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 23, Township 46, Range 17, with the right to use the road as now used, by the Grantor for ingress and egress from/and to Highway No. 23 until such time as a new road is constructed to take the place of the present road, and this easement and right to travel is hereby extended to such new road.
