Milon R. "Dick" Peterson, 74, of Mercedes, Texas, and Cloquet died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006, in Mercedes. He was born Oct. 7, 1932, to Milon and Elene Peterson. He married Delores Sippola Sept. 28, 1957.
He is survived by his wife, Daughter Marissa (Jeff) Olsen. Sons: Tom (Lizza) and Mark (Jennifer), 3 Grandchildren: Tanya, Lindsay, and Jacob. 3 Great-Grandchildren: Haily, Saydee and David. 2 Brothers: Pete and Harry. He is proceeded in death by his Parents, brother Daryl and Grand Daughter Amy. He retired from Potlatch Corp. He loved fishing and gardening in his cabin in Canada. He also loved playing his Concertina and spending his winters in Texas.
Memorial Services are being held at Llano Grande Park in Mercedes, TX.
