Noreen Peterson has been hired as a consumer lending manager at Members Cooperative Credit Union's Spirit Valley and Cloquet locations. She will be responsible for expanding the credit union's loan base as well as managing and developing their loan officers. Peterson has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
Cindy Nelson has joined MCCU as a MEMBERS financial services representative. She will provide personal financial management services through the MEMBERS Financial Services Program. Nelson has been in the financial services industry since 1988 and was previously employed by Wells Fargo Bank. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and is currently pursuing a masters in management degree. Nelson is a graduate of Leadership Duluth and is active in the community serving as a director with the Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and as an Ambassador with the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce.
Ann Johnson has been promoted to loan officer at the credit union's Cloquet office. She will serve members by reviewing and granting loan requests. Johnson has been with the credit union for six years, most recently serving as a member service lender at the Contact Center location.
Cameron Nelson has been promoted to vice president financial advisor for the credit union's MEMBERS Financial Services Program. He has 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, including seven years at serving credit union members. Nelson is a member of CUNA Mutual Groups Presidents Council, which recognizes him as a leader in his field achieving results in the top five percent of financial advisors nationwide. He is active in the community with the Cloquet Area Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club of Cloquet. He is a graduate of Leadership Cloquet.
