Colleen McKay, the co-Player of the Year in the Polar League, has decided to continue her basketball career at Bemidji State next season.

McKay, a senior center for the Bombers, averaged 28 points and 12 rebounds per game this season.

Over her career McKay has become one of the all-time leading scorers in northern Minnesota and she holds the career scoring record in Barnum with 2,213 points. Earlier this season McKay surpassed former Bomber Justine Axtell as Barnum's all-time points leader. Axtell just recently wrapped up her playing career at UMD.

Bemidji State is a Division II school which plays basketball in the NSIC.
