  • Nicole C. Antus, 50, Proctor, theft, fined $50 and one year local confinement, 364 days stayed on one year probation with conditions, pay $2,787 in restitution.

Oct. 13

  • Mihaita Calin, 29, Scarborough, Ontario, driving 106 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $150.
  • Jason L. Fineday, 21, Cloquet, assault, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, 88 days and $250 stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Nicholas L. Hanson, 29, Moose Lake, obstructing legal process, fined $50 and one year local confinement.
  • John R. Peer, 51, Superior, over legal tandem axle weight violation, fined $800.
  • Brandon L. Phillips, 27, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, driving while under the influence, fined $900 and one year local confinement, 357 days stayed on two years probation with conditions.
  • Brandon J. Porter, 32, Cloquet, disorderly conduct, continued for dismissal for six months.
  • Maureen E. Rivera, 38, Sawyer Township, disorderly conduct, fined $100 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Anthony D. M. Sundgaard, 40, Cloquet, hands-free law violation, fined $50.
  • Drew K. Urbaniak, 19, Superior, driving under the influence of alcohol, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.

  • Roger L. Durant, 52, Minneapolis, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a marijuana in a motor vehicle, sent to diversion, monitoring for one year per each count.
  • Preston A. Garza, 22, Cloquet, two counts driving after revocation, fined $200 per each count; public nuisance, no sentence pronounced.
  • Cyndel S. Johnson, 34, Cloquet, disorderly conduct, continued for dismissal with conditions on six months probation.
  • Nikole K. Richardson, 33, Cloquet, disorderly conduct, continued for dismissal with conditions on six months probation.

  • Mitchell A. Beatrez, 26, Duluth, driving 95 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $70.
  • Ong Syhavong, 50, Carver, Minnesota, driving 107 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $150.

  • Dursa S. Ahmed, 33, Plymouth, Minnesota, driving after suspension, fined $200.
  • Brady A. Barney, 18, Cloquet, driving after revocation, fined $200.
  • Jason L. Dockter, 48, Maple Lake, Minnesota, marijuana in a motor vehicle, fined $150; possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50.
  • Mefi R. Pineda Ortega, 23, Minneapolis, driving after revocation, fined $200.
  • Joshua R. Johnson, 42, Carlton, violation of a restraining order, fined $100 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.
