• Clinton E. Houle, 24, Cloquet, driving while intoxicated, fined $1,000 and one year local confinement, 335 days and $500 stayed on two years probation with conditions.
• Sahan A. Jabril, 19, Spring Lake Park, Minnesota, driving 104 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $150.
• Hunter I. Jordan-Seavey, 20, Duluth, driving 96 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $100.
• David D. D. Menton II, 38, Solon Springs, possession of a controlled substance, 10 days local confinement and 17 months in prison, prison time stayed on three years probation with conditions, fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, fined $200, 10 days local confinement and 15 months in prison, prison time stayed on three years probation with conditions, concurrent.
