Public meeting set for I-35 construction

The project will resurface concrete on northbound I-35 near Barnum and require traffic to travel head-to-head in the southbound lanes.

DULUTH — The Minnesota Department of Transportation will host a virtual information meeting at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, about the concrete unbonded overlay work on northbound Interstate 35 near Barnum.

The project will resurface concrete on northbound I-35 and require traffic to travel head-to-head in the southbound lanes. Construction is expected to begin June 20 and be complete in early August.
