May 16

  • Monsaur O. Adeyemi, 33, Duluth, fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, fined $50 and 15 months in prison, prison time stayed on two years probation with conditions; obstructing legal process, 90 days local confinement.
  • Randall A. Juntunen, 60, Cloquet, disorderly conduct, fined $50 and 30 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Jennifer L. Neuman, 39, Finlayson, driving while impaired, fined $200 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.

  • Jennifer J. Rogers, 45, McGregor, driving after suspension (offense dated: 10/14/18), fined $200.
  • Cole R. Wuollet, 35, Cloquet, hands-free law violation, fined $50.

  • Stephanie D. Ammesmaki, 32, Cloquet, possession of a controlled substance, adjudication stayed on three years probation with conditions, $50 fine and 21 days local confinement.
  • Lasha L. Anderson, 26, Wrenshall, damage to property, fined $50, 90 days local confinement and pay $418 in restitution, 88 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Travis L. Carlson, 36, Duluth, driving while impaired, fined $1,000 and one year local confinement, time and $500 stayed on two years probation with conditions.
  • Josiah D. Delvecchio, 25, Duluth, two counts theft, 90 days local confinement per each count and pay $39 and pay $37 in restitution.
  • Russell A. Goodrich, 44, Adairsville, Georgia, issue a dishonored check, adjudication stayed on one year probation, $50 fine and pay $668 in restitution.
  • Brenden J. Mallon, 21, Barnum Township, damage to property, fined $50 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation.
  • Jeffrey L. Shady, 67, Cloquet, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $300 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.

  • Noah D. Hedstrom, 24, Fergus Falls, Minnesota, hands-free law violation, fined $50.
  • Melissa A. Iverson, 44, Stillwater, Minnesota, driving while impaired, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, 87 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Karri L. Kegg, 32, St. Paul, Minnesota, possession of six grams or more heroin, fined $50, 57 days local confinement and 78 months in prison, prison time stayed on three years probation with conditions.
  • Kelsey R. Matuseski, 26, Moose Lake, possession of a controlled substance, adjudication stayed on three years probation with conditions, 69 days local confinement.
  • Christopher M. Stoddard, 27, Alborn, carry/possess pistol without a permit, fined $300 and one year local confinement, time stayed on one year probation.
