  • Jeremy G. Anderson, 45, Plymouth, Minnesota, driving after suspension, fined $200.
  • Kevin G. Brager, 64, Superior, failure to stop for a school bus arm, fined $500 and 10 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation.
  • Justin A. Butkiewicz, 36, Esko, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and one year local confinement, 335 days stayed on three years probation with conditions.
  • Lecester Chapple, 58, Chisholm, possession of a controlled substance, 21 months in prison.
  • Amanda M. Niemi, 36, Duluth, driving while impaired, fined $900 and one year local confinement, 330 days stayed on two years probation with conditions.
  • Nicole L. Slaviero, 43, Superior, driving while impaired, fined $500 and one year local confinement, 335 days stayed on two years probation with conditions.
  • Allen W. Straub, 58, Barnum, driving after revocation, fined $200.
  • Gisell N. Varela, 20, Excelsior, Minnesota, disorderly conduct, continued for dismissal for six months.
  • Joshua S. Worgen, 36, Cloquet, hands-free law violation - second or subsequent offense, fined $275.

  • Travis A. Evers, 33, Cloquet, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and one year local confinement, 335 days and $405 stayed on two years probation with conditions.
  • Jamie L. Peacock, 41, Cloquet, disorderly conduct, continued for dismissal for six months.
  • Matthew P. Martineau, 33, Cloquet, falsely reporting a crime, adjudication stayed for one year, fined $50.

June 24

  • Jordan J. Fumas, 19, Cloquet, driving after suspension, fined $200.
  • Karl E. Wyant, 55, Duluth, hands-free law violation, fined $50.

  • Dylan M. Miller, 18, Esko, driving 117 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $150.
