- Orlando T. Fineday, 38, McGregor, test refusal, fined $50, six months local confinement and 48 months in prison, prison time stayed on five years probation with conditions.
- Sean E. Launderville, 20, Cloquet, driving 100 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $100.
- Matthew D. Mercer, 38, Cloquet, two counts driving after revocation (offenses dated: 12/15,19, 3/9/21) fined $200 per each count.
- Nicholas A. Tippins, 27, Eugene, Oregon, obstructing ambulance personnel from performing emergency care and not complying with a peace officer, continued for dismissal for 12 months per each count with conditions.

- Ashley T. Crider, 34, South Range, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.
- Ty D. Lund, 22, Cloquet, driving after suspension, fined $200.
- Charles L. Rumpel, 41, Brookston, driving after suspension, fined $200.
