  • Travis K. Haloptzok, 32, Cloquet, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $900 and one year local confinement, 270 days stayed on two years probation with conditions.
  • Reginal D. Jarrett, 38, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, driving after cancellation - inimical to public safety, fined $200 and one year local confinement, time stayed on one year probation.
  • Eric J. Lee, 49, Cloquet, driving while impaired, fined $300 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Ethan R. McCusker, 44, San Francisco, California, careless driving, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, 88 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Edward J. Nielsen, 27, Cloquet, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and one year local confinement, 363 days stayed on two years probation with conditions.
  • Kyle R. Sailor, 26, Duluth, fleeing a peace officer, fined $100 and 90 days local confinement. time stayed on one year probation.
  • Rebecca N. Salsburg-Frank, 25, Carlton, obstructing legal process and not complying with a peace officer, continued for dismissal for six months per each count.

July 21

  • Cassie M. Petersen, 40, Sandstone, Minnesota, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, 89 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.

July 22

  • Maria C. Grignon-Juarez, 30, St. Paul, Minnesota, penalty for not complying with a peace officer and obstructing legal process, adjudication stayed on six months probation per each count.

July 23

  • Matthew J. Schroeder, 24, Plymouth, Minnesota, hands-free law violation, fined $50.
  • Matthew J. Sieh, 41, Hopkins, Minnesota, driving 95 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $70.

July 25

  • Todd A. Youngberg, 47, Blaine, Minnesota, driving 95 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $70.
