  • Dawn M. Valure, 53, Cloquet, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fiend $500 and one year local confinement, 330 days stayed on two years probation with conditions.

Aug. 10

  • Allen D. Bartel, 69, Hinckley, Minnesota, violation of no contact order, fined $100 and 90 days local confinement.
  • Cole A. Hilton, 27, Saginaw, obstructing legal process, fined $50 and 90 days local confinement.
  • Shane M. Lewis, 46, Hinckley, Minnesota, driving after revocation (offense dated: 7/8/17), fined $200.
  • Heather M. Nguyen, 46, Cloquet, driving while impaired, fined $300 and 90 days local confinement, 89 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Darin D. Randa, 41, Cloquet, check forgery, adjudication stayed on three years probation with conditions, 15 days local confinement, 7 days Community Work Service; driving after revocation, fined $50 and 90 days local confinement, concurrent.
  • Tylor R. Utter, 24, Proctor, hands-free law violation, fined $50.
  • Jesse R. Zacher, 41, Cloquet, two counts possession of a controlled substance, one year and one day in prison, prison time stayed on three years probation with conditions per each count, concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50; four counts driving after revocation, fined $200 per each count.

  • Logan J. Berquist, 20, Mahtowa, theft, continued for dismissal for six months, $50 fine and pay $51 in restitution.
  • Joseph J. Peterson, 38, Cloquet, two counts driving after revocation, fined $200 per each count.
  • Jordan M. Sawyer, 20, Barnum, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.

Aug. 12

  • Calvin E. Bartz, 35, Holyoke, criminal sexual conduct - 2nd degree - significant relationship - victim under 16 years old, no sentence pronounced; criminal sexual conduct - 2nd degree - significant relationship - under 16 - multiple act, fined $50 and 108 months in prison.
