  • Allen R. Rengo, 19, Cloquet, domestic assault, adjudication stayed on one year probation with conditions, four days local confinement.
  • Julianne G. Schroeder, 24, Rochester, Minnesota, check forgery - offer/possess with intent to defraud, adjudication stayed on two years probation with conditions, 14 days local confinement and pay $14,370 in restitution.
  • Steven J. Smith, 34, Cloquet, violation of order for protection two or more times within 10 years of previous conviction, imposition stayed, $50 fine and one year local confinement, credit for 271 days served.
  • Coy L. Zywicki, 32, Saginaw, driving while impaired, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, 60 days stayed on six months probation with conditions.
