"The Living Lord's Passover" will be presented at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 13-14, at Good Hope Assembly of God Church, 55 Armory Road, Cloquet (behind Super One).
"'The Living Lord's Passover' is a play that depicts how each of Jesus' disciples may have reacted to his statement that one of them would betray him," said Addie Clyde of Chariot Productions, who co-produces the play with her husband, Rex. "It is a great way to appreciate the real significance of Passover and focus on the important events during the last week of Christ's ministry on earth. Throughout the play, each of the disciples delivers a moving monologue telling of his experience with Jesus."
"The Living Lord's Passover" is performed in a Davidic theme - a physical expression of praise and thanksgiving performed by a large group of people of all ages. The play features a cast of 27 men, women and children from 18 churches in the Duluth, Cloquet, Cromwell, Hermantown, Rochester and the Minneapolis area.
There is special music throughout, as well as segments of Davidic dancing, featuring dancers and actors ranging in age from 2 to 65.
"The Living Lord's Passover" is a two-hour production presented with complete staging, lighting, music and dance.

"It continues to be met with enthusiasm, blessing both the audience and cast each time it is presented," commented Addie Clyde. "Though the cast and script may have changed, the message and heart of the cast has remained the same."
