To the Editor:
When you hear the bells toll at noon on Thursday, Jan. 22, count the peals. There will be 50 in remembrance of the over 50,000,000 unborn children whose lives have been taken by abortion since the Roe vs. Wade and Doe vs. Dalton Supreme Court decisions on that day in 1973. Some had expectations of good results from eliminating laws against abortion, a decrease in child abuse divorce, etc. Instead there were decreases in each instance.
When the bells ring, say a prayer for unborn infants and their parents. Even if you are not where you can hear them, pray for those new lives anyway.
