Wrenshall came into the season ranked in the top 10 in girls Class A high school basketball, but suffered a first-game loss. Since then the Wrens have reeled off five straight wins including a 63-35 stomping of Hill City on Monday night.

"Danna Anderson had a very good game on both ends of the court," said Wrens coach Neil Dickinson. "She scored 20 points on offense and she always guards the other team's best player."

Wrenshall took a 32-17 lead at halftime and then closed the game with a 31-18 second half to gain the easy win.

"We are playing well and working on playing stronger defense, along with running a new offense this year," mentioned Dickinson. "I am happy with the balance scoring that I am getting from my starters this season."

Samantha Anderson had a strong game with 17 points and five steals, Danielle Anderson added 10 points with eight steals and 10 rebounds while nearly pulling off a triple double. Andrea Gould chipped in with a solid game of seven points and eight rebounds, Katie Manning finished with four points, and Kayla Aho and Emma Grover each recorded a pair of points.
