Dan and Gayle Heikkila of Wright announce the engagement of their daughter, Alaina, to Thomas Besonen, son of Paul and Pamela Besonen of Trout Creek, Mich.
The future groom is a graduate of Michigan Tech University and is employed by 3M in St. Paul, Minn., as a project engineer.
The bride-to-be currently attends the St. Paul campus of St. Scholastica, majoring in marketing.
The couple will be married Feb. 3, 2007, at the Independent Apostolic Lutheran Church in Duluth.
