Minnesota House Majority Leader Tony Sertich (DFL-Chisholm) will host a special dinner Thursday, Nov. 1, in the Great Hall of the Radisson Hotel in Duluth, in appreciation of first year legislators from around the 8th Congressional District.
Honorees will include the eight new DFL legislators elected from around the District which stretches from the Canadian border to the northern Twin Cities suburbs and westward to Wadena, Minn.
The dinner is a fund-raising activity of the 8th District DFL and the social hour begins at 6 p.m. with dinner and program to follow.
