Just enough offense and a tenacious defense helped to lead the Fond du Lac girls basketball team to a 28-10 win over Bug School on Thursday.

Fond du Lac picked up 11 points from both Wausa Sandman and Emily Two Stars to lead their offense, while Star Webster finished with four points and Tasheana Rule added a pair of points.

"Emily Two Stars played strong underneath the basket and she rebounded well on offense," said FDL coach Dan Johnson. "The game was a slow half court type game. Offensively we passed the ball well and worked the ball inside and on defense we shut off their inside game and made them shoot from the perimeter."
