Singers, musicians, comedians and entertainers of every age are encouraged to put their talents before a live audience by taking part in the second annual talent contest at the Carlton County Fair on Friday, Aug. 15.
Cash prizes are awarded to the top three winners in each category. All first place winners at the county fair level advance to the Minnesota State Fair County Amateur Talent Contest at the Minnesota State Fair, which runs Aug. 21 through Labor Day, Sept. 1.
