A Powerball ticket sold at Carlton Travel Center, 1704 Highway 210 in Carlton, matched the first five numbers drawn on Nov. 1, 2014, to win $1 million. Jeanne Bennett of Duluth is the lucky winner.

The winning Powerball numbers for Nov. 1, 2014 were 1-3-13-25-38 (the Powerball number was 17).

Since 1990, the Lottery has raised more than $2.4 billion for state programs. The General Fund has received over $1.3 billion to help fund necessary functions such as education, public safety and health and human services. More than $975 million has funded important environmental programs.
