Tiffany Ann Benjamin, 31, of Aurora, Minn. — July 8, 2017, offense: felony theft; three years supervised probation; $2,008 fees; 55 days in jail, credit for 37 days served; treatment.

Sept. 4

Nathaniel Ray Harrison, 41, of St. Paul — April 5, 2018, offense: felony violation of predatory offender registration requirements, 26 months in prison; $85 fees.

Charley Jo Griffin, 22, of Carlton — Sept. 5, 2018, offense: felony fifth-degree sale of marijuana; two years supervised probation; $135 fees; one day in jail, credit for one day served; treatment; 40 hours Sentence to Service.

Nicholas Mark Berg, 29, of Cloquet — Feb. 4, 2019, offense: felony harassment—violate restraining order; 12 months, one day in prison stayed for three years; three years supervised probation; 10 days in jail, credit for seven days served; $259.33 fees; domestic abuse batterer's intervention program; treatment, five days Sentence to Service.

Darren Ray Liimatainen, 50, of Carlton — June 8, 2019, offense: felony third-degree possession of a narcotic drug other than heroin; 57 months in prison, stayed for five years; five years supervised probation; Intensive Supervision Program.

Leland Christopher Cone, 46, of Duluth — April 5, 2019, offense: felony first-degree driving while impaired; 36 months in prison, stayed for three years; three years supervised probation; $240 fees; 14 days in jail, credit for 14 days served; ignition interlock program; cooperate with screening process for South St. Louis County DWI Court and complete; treatment; outreach smartphone monitoring with GPS location tracking; eight hours community work service.

Kaleah Dawn Greensky, 28, of Cloquet — felony threats of violence; two years, three months, six days supervised probation; $210 fees; 95 days in jail, credit for 63 days served; treatment.
