Carlton County Public Health & Human Services is in the process of developing the integrated Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) Consolidated Fund and the Children and Community Services Act (CCSA) Consolidated Fund.
The focus of the Children and Community Services Act is on supporting individuals who experience dependency, abuse, neglect, poverty, disability, chronic health conditions, or other factors, including ethnicity and race, that may result in poor outcomes or disparities, as well as services for family members to support those individuals.
Citizens are invited to comment or offer suggestions for this plan.
