On Nov. 8, the Hebert-Kennedy Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3979 in Cloquet will celebrate the 233rd anniversary of the Marine Corps. All Marines, past and present, Marine Corps Corpsmen, families and friends, are invited to attend this traditional celebration.
The event, to include a reception, dinner, ceremony and dancing with music by The Hendershots, will take place from 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the VFW Post 3979, 210 Arch St., in Cloquet.
Tickets are available in advance and at the door. Tickets purchased at the door may not guarantee a seat for the dinner, however.
