DETROIT LAKES, Minn. -- A Cloquet man has been charged with one felony count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct for an alleged sexual assault attempt at a country music festival outside Detroit Lakes.

Timothy Gerard Collelo, 38, was released on a $25,000 bail bond pending his next court appearance set for Aug. 22.

According to court records, Collelo reportedly entered the tent of a female camper at a WE Fest campground Aug. 5 without her permission, while she was sleeping, and attempted to force her into a sexual situation. Records state that he had removed the woman's shorts and underwear.

After the woman awoke to find a man on top of her, she yelled at him to get out, and security was contacted. Upon questioning, Collelo reportedly told authorities, "Nothing happened, nothing to say."
