NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE

CITY ZONING ORDINANCE

The Planning Commission of the City of Carlton will hold a Public Hearing at 4:00 pm on Monday, November 12th, in the Council Chambers of the Carlton Civic Center, 310 Chestnut Ave., Carlton, Minnesota, for the purpose of considering the Variance listed below:

Applicant: Grovernon, LLC

(James P. Vernon and Jayson Grover)

County Road 3, Carlton, MN 55718

Nature of Request: Construction of a Senior Living Development.

Construction will require encroachment within 15' of the

South/Rear property line where the current zoning requires a 30' rear yard setback and an encroachment of 0'

(zero) of the North/Front property line where the current

zoning requires a 25' front yard setback.

All interested parties are invited and encouraged to attend the hearing, where information will be supplied and the public will be given the opportunity to ask questions and make statements regarding this application.
