The following are some of the Initial Complaint Reports the Carlton County Sheriff's Department received recently:
September 30
James Albert Cedarburg, 46, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on County Road 143 for probation violation.
At 12:47 p.m. a theft was reported. A pressure washer, lawn mower, weed driver, snow blower, two mountain bikes and a number of tools were stolen from a storage building on Thomson Road.
Philip John Hart, 32, was arrested at 6:11 p.m. on Broadway for second degree DWI and test refusal.

Vincent Roy Anderson, 30, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. on County Road 6 for domestic assault.
A one-car accident was reported at 11:39 p.m. on County Road 138. Matthew Allan Stevens, 18, was cited for driving after suspension.
October 1
A deer-car accident was reported at 9:55 a.m. on County Road 61. The deer wandered off and the vehicle sustained windshield damage.
A disturbance was reported at the casino in which a drunk male was kicked outu of the club house but wouldn't leave the premises. Deputies responded but the male was gone upon their arrival.
