CARLTON COUNTY SHERIFF INVITATION TO BID
Project: Carlton County Jail Food Services Proposal for January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2010 (3-year contract).
Date: Sealed bids will be received in the Carlton County Auditor/Treasurer's Office at the Carlton County Courthouse, Carlton, MN 55718 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, 12-26-2007, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
In general, the project consists of: Providing meals and beverages for feeding prisoners confined to the Carlton County Jail; such food service to be in accordance with the specifications and the standards set forth by the State of Minnesota, Commissioner of Corrections for jail facilities.
Proposal forms and plans and specifications are on file at the Carlton County Sheriff's Department, Carlton, MN 55718. Contact person is Debora Zauhar, Jail Administrator.

The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Carlton County for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
