Carlton completed a strong week of boys basketball last week by notching wins over Silver Bay on Thursday and Nashwauk-Keewatin on Friday.
Josh Dahl was high scorer for the Bulldogs in Saturday's 53-46 win over the Spartans of Nashwauk-Keewatin. The Bulldogs also got a 12-point game from Justin Schwartz to help lead the offense.
Carlton took a 29-23 lead at halftime and then held the Spartans off throughout the second half to secure the win.
Both Matt Ostby and Mike Saunders chipped in with seven points each, Travis Gran picked up six and Chris Domogalla scored four points in the victory.
Jason Martire led the Spartans with 13 points.

- Thursday night, the Bulldogs drubbed Silver Bay 56-34 in a game Carlton led 32-10 at the half. Dahl led the way with 15 points for Carlton while James Davey led the Mariners with 11 points.
Taylor Silker chipped in with eight points for Carlton, Travis Gran and Matt Ostby scored six and Marc Issacson and Taylor Shanda each had four points. Chris Domogalla, Mike Lundquist, Mike Saunders, Justin Schwartz, Spencer Thorman and Jake Adams all recorded two points, while Jasper Youngren finished with a point.
