Minnesota Hockey announced their roster for the girls Chicago Showcase tournament as they look to repeat as champions. The 2007 tournament will take place in Bensonville, Ill., April 18-22 at the Edge-on-John Arena.
Team Minnesota will open pool play on April 18 against Team North Dakota, followed by games against Illinois and Michigan. Elimination games begin on April 21.
Minnesota and North Dakota will play a pre-showcase game at Wakota Arena prior to the tournament opening.
Rachel Borchardt, a goaltender for Moose Lake Area, is the lone representative of the Carlton County area.
Borchardt will join former Cloquet-Esko-Carlton athlete, now with Grand Rapids/Greenway, Heather Horgen in the tournament.

Also playing are Dana Gallop of Grand Rapids, Kylie Lane and Mary Loken of Roseau, Stacy Johnson and Megan Morinville of Moorhead, Jessica Bye of Brainerd, Jessica Christofferson of Bemidji, Jocey Klieber of Edina, Morgan Pieper of Warroad, Kelly Fallen from Armstrong, Christina LaCombe of Eden Prairie, Rachel Nyquist from Park Center, Katie Osberg of Eden Prairie, Ellen Swiontkowski from Breck and Sam Scheving of Warroad.
Coaches for this year's team are Brian Bergstrom of Roseau, Tom Peart of St. Paul and the general manager of the team is Kathy Fallen of Plymouth.
