The 19th Annual Tattoo You convention runs Friday through Sunday at Black Bear Casino. Doors open at 9 a.m. each day. Tattooing and piercing began at noon Friday, and registration for weekend tattoo contests starts at 4 p.m. Friday.
Contests include the Worst Tattoo contest Saturday -- enter at 1 p.m. at Bem Peters of 570 Tattoo and Laser Removal Co. booth. (Winners will be announced at 6 p.m.) On Sunday, registration for the tattoo contest begins at 10:30 a.m. Categories include Extensive design, Mythical/Heaven and Hell, Oriental, Tradtional, Wildlife/Native American, Dark Art, Tribal/Celtic, Floral, Patriotic/In Memory of, Tattoo of the Weekend, People's Choice, Best of Show.
There will be a family feast at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Admission is $20 for a weekend pass, $15 for a day pass Friday or Saturday and $10 for a day pass on Sunday.
