Craig Tobias of Cloquet said he had "this feeling all day long" on Saturday, Dec. 13.

"It was a lucky feeling," he explained, "like something good was going to happen."

Following his intuition, Tobias went to Holiday, located at 1420 Cloquet Ave., Cloquet, to purchase Powerball tickets for that night's drawing.

The next morning Tobias' wife discovered that the first line on his 10-line quick-pick ticket matched the first five winning numbers of 14-26-28-31-40 (the Powerball number was 13).

"I had no idea how much it was worth, but I thought it was around $1,000," recalled Tobias. He and his wife went to the Lottery's Web site where they discovered that he won way more than expected - his ticket was worth $200,000.

"We couldn't believe it!" he said.

Despite the weather, Tobias drove to the Lottery's headquarters in Roseville on Dec. 15 to claim the prize.
