The Cloquet Area Fire District was dispatched to a house fire at 22 N. 10th St., Cloquet, at 12:56 p.m. Monday. No one was injured.

The Cloquet Police Department blocked 10th Street as firefighters worked to extinguish the fire.

According to the CAFD's Facebook page, when crews arrived, the fire could be seen on two sides of the home and thick smoke filled the building. Firefighters kept the fire contained to one room of the house.

No other information was immediately available.

Firefighters encountered their second frozen fire hydrant of the day during the call. The first frozen hydrant was found earlier Monday when CAFD responded to a chimney fire in the 2000 block of Prospect Avenue, Cloquet.

CAFD requests residents keep snow cleared around hydrants to ensure faster response time.
